REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in affiliate and performance marketing.
- Should have existing relations with Agencies, Direct Publisher, and Premium Networks.
- Experience with Tracking CRM like cake, Ever-flow, hit-path.
Responsibilities
- Affiliate Recruitment:· Identify and recruit high-quality affiliates to join our affiliate marketing program. Conduct research, attend industry events, and leverage online platforms to find potential affiliate partners. Negotiate partnership terms and ensure alignment with our brand values and goals. On-boarding new Publishers & managing existing publishers. Interacting with publishers along with the demand team to understand campaign performance & to optimize campaigns further.
- Affiliate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication and support. Provide guidance on promotional strategies, marketing materials, and best practices to optimize affiliate performance. Offer ongoing assistance and address any inquiries or issues raised by affiliates promptly. Payment handling and follow-up.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics (CPA, PPC, Rev Share, Hybrid), including traffic, conversions, and revenue generated. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify top-performing affiliates and areas for improvement. Optimize affiliate performance through data-driven decision-making and provide feedback for continuous growth.
- Commission and Payment Management: Handle commission disputes or inquiries from affiliates in a professional and efficient manner.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure affiliates adhere to industry regulations and marketing guidelines, including responsible gambling practices and advertising standards. Regularly review affiliate marketing materials to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Affiliate Promotions and Campaigns: Collaborate with affiliates to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns that align with our brand and marketing objectives. Provide affiliates with marketing materials, creatives, and exclusive offers to maximize conversion rates.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, revenue, and ROI. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use insights to optimize the affiliate marketing program and drive continuous growth.
