Major Roles and Responsibilities: Personally assist customers by giving prompt, courteous and professional service. while helping them choose frames and lenses that fit their style and needs. Knowledge of Optical Insurance Product Knowledge Knowledge of promotions, sales and discounts of Company Dispense optical eye wear in accordance with professional standards Performs repairs, adjustments, verifies accuracy of completed eye wear Instruct Contact Lens insertion and removal class Achieve established Sales and Customer Service objectives Knowledge and Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Organizational skills Computer skills Knowledge of basic mathematics Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalence Able to work flexible hours including some nights and some Saturdays.
