Job description
The Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the HR function for all dental and support offices in California and Hawaii. This position is heavy on employee relations in a multi-site environment as the Human Resources Manager partners with Operations leadership and HR colleagues to develop strategies and support to meet the HR needs of the organization in the short and long term.
