Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role Consult Procurement’s negotiators to prepare large-scale project awards and annual price negotiations employing innovative methodologies such as game theory Drive large-scale negotiation events (“negotiation weeks”) Develop frameworks and materials for negotiation preparation Create and conduct negotiation trainings Enable Procurement to further roll out monetarized comparisons of suppliers ("monetarized total-cost-of-ownership”) Prepare negotiation results for reporting Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, business administration, or similar field At least 5 years of working experience in procurement and/or consulting with a focus on procurement Extensive negotiation experience in large-scale projects covering negotiations with a diverse range of boundary conditions.

Negotiation experience gained across several companies/positions is an advantage Knowledge of game theory and extensive experience in conducting game theory–based negotiations Experience in conducting large-scale negotiation events, “negotiation weeks,” is an advantage Experience in conducting (negotiation) trainings Very good analytical skills, project management skills, and communication skills A solution-oriented and service-oriented mindset Fluent English language skills Contact: Sherlene Ong #We.
