Control Clerk

The Control Clerk works at the Control Desk, establishing it as a professional, responsive, and effective administrative unit to all who enter and exit the premises. In this position, you will monitor individuals leaving and coming to the site, monitor the cameras on all areas of the property, actively engage and monitor the radio system, as well as ensure communication is professional and efficient at all times.

The Control Clerk also monitors the phone operating system, ensuring calls are directed to the correct party. The Control Clerk receives and dispenses personal keys, facility keys, radios, and mechanical restraints as necessary. This position may require assistance in other areas in the facility, as well as monitoring the metal detector for contraband.
