This Personnel Bulletin is being distributed to outline the requirements for promotion and the examination procedure for the rank of Police Captain. This document is not to be considered exclusively, but rather, is issued in conjunction with and in acknowledgment of existing County Laws, Personnel Regulations, Administrative Procedures, Departmental Directives, and any other controlling documents.
