O&H Danish Bakery Retail Store Lead

The Store Lead is responsible for performing duties of a bakery ambassador while supporting initiatives of retail management and acting on behalf of management in their absence. The Lead’s primary focus is providing exceptional customer service to our clients while assisting in daily operations of the store and providing any needed coaching of staff members.

Ultimately responsible for working with the Retail Manager to achieve sales goals while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer service. This position will report to the Retail Store Manager.
