Saw Operator -2nd Shift

Job Summary

The Saw Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and tending to machines that cut metal according to customer specifications. This role requires high accuracy and efficiency in processing materials, verifying dimensions, and operating overhead cranes and forklifts. 2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m., with availability to work overtime as needed.

Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate saw machines to process metal materials to meet customer specifications Accuracy and Efficiency: Ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency in cutting processes Dimensional Verification: Use measuring tools to verify the dimensions of finished workpieces Equipment Operation: Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as required Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Measuring Tools: Ability to accurately use standard measuring tools Education: High school diploma or equivalent Instruction Follow-Up: Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Safety Bonus Health insurance
