Employment and Education Services Manager

The YMCA of Southern Interior BC (SIBC) is a charitable organization dedicated to strengthening the foundations of community. YMCA programs serve more than 30,000 individuals annually through health, fitness and recreation, childcare, camps, employment, and community health services.

As the Employment and Education Services Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for employment and education programs throughout the Central Okanagan. This role is responsible for program development, service excellence, staff leadership, stakeholder engagement, compliance, and program outcomes, ensuring services effectively support youth and adults in achieving education, employment, and life goals.
