Job description

Join our high-performing project finance team working on some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure and energy transactions. You will work closely with our Partners Amy Maguire and Andrew Maynes who specialise in complex financing transactions, including project finance, structured finance and acquisition and leveraged finance.

Amy and Andrew advise lenders, borrowers and sponsors across major infrastructure, CORE plus infrastructure, corporate and acquisition transactions, PPPs, holdco financings, energy transition and social housing. This role offers strong hands-on experience, direct client exposure and the opportunity to deepen your technical capability in project and structured finance.

The opportunity You will step into a team that sits at the centre of large-scale, complex financings. You will gain exposure to both lender and sponsor-side work and build a broad skillset across deal structuring, execution and negotiation. You will advise on acquisitions, refinancings and new financings for major projects and infrastructure assets, and work on matters from early-stage structuring through to closing.

About you

You enjoy transactional work and want to move into or deepen your experience in project and structured finance. You want exposure to major deals, direct partner access and a team where you can take on responsibility early.
