Gesi and Safeguarding Advisor- Islamabad

The GESI and Safeguarding Advisor will provide technical leadership and oversight to strengthen gender equality, social inclusion, and safeguarding mainstreaming across Mercy Corps Pakistan's programs, partnerships, and organizational systems. The role will support the integration of GESI and Safeguarding considerations into program design, implementation, monitoring, and learning; strengthen organizational and partner capacity; support compliance with Mercy Corps and donor requirements; and promote safe, inclusive, and accountable programming.

The Advisor will work closely with program teams, partners, regional and global technical advisors, and external stakeholders to advance Mercy Corps' to Safe Diverse Inclusive commitments.
