- MD or DO from accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine (Board Eligible ONLY if currently in residency — must pass boards before starting)
- Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration
- Authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Base Compensation: Competitive Salary + base with productivity bonus

- Earning potential well above $400K for productive full-time physicians
