Job description
The Frederick Health Surgery Department operates 10 operating rooms, 2 obstetric rooms, and 2 endoscopy rooms at the hospital. Last fiscal year, our high-volume operating room completed nearly 9,000 cases. We support a broad range of specialties, including orthopedics, spine, general surgery, bariatrics, urology, gynecology, otolaryngology, podiatry, endoscopy, and vascular procedures.
• Full time 72 hrs per pay period - (2) 10hr shifts 7a-5:30p and 2(2) 8hr shifts (7a-3:30p) per week • Rotating holidays, minimal weekend & on-call required. • Associate Degree considered/ BSN agreement required • BSN preferred • MBON RN license or compact state equivalent • BLS and ACLS required Experienced OR nurses only, please. No new grads or new to specialty applicants will be considered at this time
