Job description
The Recreation Supervisor – Aquaticsis responsible forthe operation, programming, staffing, safety and strategic direction of the City of Northglenn’s indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities, and aquatic recreation programs. The position may work with private and other governmental agencies; educational institutions; professional staff; and volunteers.
The Recreation Supervisor acts as a division representative and is responsible for the supervision ofseasonal,part-time and full-time staff as well as contractual employees,including but not limited to coordinators, head lifeguards, lifeguards, swim instructors, swim coaches, cashiers, aquafitinstructors,pedalboat attendantsand more.
