As an IT Support Intern, you will be involved in providing day-to-day IT support by resolving technical issues, supporting hardware and mobile devices and assisting with production and logistics software installation and upgrades.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with global IT teams and manage IT equipment inventory and stock levels.
What you will do
Independently solve standard tickets Support in difficult situations with guidance from supervision and collaborate with other IT teams globally on ticket resolution (including external support) New computers preparation / replacement / disposal and support for cell phones (iPhone and Android) and wireless modems Assist with installing or upgrading the production/Logistics software Support solving standard hardware (computers, printers, telephones, scanner, etc.)
and software problems (office and production software) IT equipment management (Maintain stock level and data entry). What you bring Experience Currently an undergraduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fields Basic understanding of computer systems, networks and software application Familiarity with Microsoft O365, Windows, and Mac OS (or willingness to learn).
