Accounting Specialist (Dubai / Relocation)

Overview:** ** As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of assigned projects, including transaction processing, expense verification, and financial report preparation. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, support business decision-making through timely and precise financial analysis, and help maintain a sound financial management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions such as expense reimbursements, revenue recognition, and cost accounting, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements). Provide management with relevant reports and insights to support decision-making.

• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting, analyze budget variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Provide accurate financial data and analysis to support departmental and project-level financial planning.

• Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Participate in the establishment and maintenance of internal financial control policies to ensure compliance and financial security.

• Support external audit processes by preparing and providing required financial information and documentation to ensure smooth completion of audits.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Exceland familiar withaccounting standards and principles.

• Experience using financial or accounting software; candidates withaccounting certifications are preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or financial experience is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
