Position Overview

The Associate Director of Event Production is responsible for the planning and management of large scale, complex and/or high-risk production events. This position will have additional responsibility in the management, mentorship, and development of assigned Senior Producers, Senior Show Producers, Show Producers, Producers, Virtual Event Producers, Stage Managers, Associate Show Producers, and Production Coordinators. The Associate Director of Event Production facilitates the implementation of processes and SOPs to drive consistency in event production, optimizes deployment of production resources and drives the development of team members while ensuring the delivery of complex levels of execution specifically ensuring high levels of production planning, and ma
