岗位职责 / Duties:

1. Market Development: Identify and analyze market needs across different industries, and formulate strategies to develop commercial opportunities for drone delivery networks in sectors such as logistics, retail, food & beverage, healthcare, and tourism & culture. Identify high-value customers and drive solution-based sales.
2. Business Model Exploration: Analyze the characteristics of target industries, develop corresponding sales models for drone delivery networks, and establish a closed commercial loop.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential drone delivery demand-side parties and partners. Conduct contract negotiations to secure partnership agreements for UAV logistics services.
4. Value Delivery: Be results-oriented. Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive project implementation. Be accountable to customers and ensure the expected delivery of drone delivery solutions.
5. Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with technology, operations, and management teams. Provide market insights to guide product development, while ensuring alignment between market objectives and operational capabilities.

任职要求 / Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer management, particularly in logistics, UAV technology, or related fields. Proven track record of building partnerships with high-value clients and closing complex deals.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
3. Fluency in English is required.
4. Familiarity with drone delivery or emerging technology ecosystems, multinational work experience, and proficiency in Arabic are preferred.
