岗位职责 / Duties:
- Responsible for standardization and operation of dark store as headquarter key position. Led the development of the standardized framework for dark store, including process design, optimization, and project execution.
- Identify critical business issues and drive results through data analysis, strategy formulation, system enhancement, policy optimization, process redesign, SOP development, and operations management in collaboration with frontline teams.
- Continuously improve operational systems and take ownership of core performance indicators.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, replenishment, logistics, and quality control teams to optimize end-to-end processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
任职要求 / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and drive team performance.
- Excellent data analysis, logical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities, able to accurately identify key issues and mobilize cross-functional resources to deliver solutions.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities, with the ability to coordinate across upstream and downstream teams, resolve complex issues, and drive business results.
- Proficient in office software, data analysis and English.
