Registered Nurse/Unit Manager

Redbanks is in search of full-time Registered Nurse/Unit Manager to join our growing team. Redbanks is a locally managed, community focused, not-for-profit skilled nursing center located in Henderson, Ky. Pay is based on years of licensure. Redbanks offers 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation.

$3 weekend shift differential, $3 shift differential for night shift, 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, Christmas bonus and tuition reimbursement. We are currently offering $4000 sign-on-bonus. These bonuses are paid out in 30, 60, and 90 days. We have recently changed our wage scale for Registered Nurses.

Position Summary

The Unit Manager is primarily responsible for the quality delivery of care to residents on a unit. This position is also responsible to coordinate and direct the work of all nursing personnel on a given unit to ensure optimal, life-changing care 24 hours per day. The Unit Manager is also the primary point person for resident/family relations, coordination of care from other professional disciplines, and advocacy for the resident and his/her goals of care.
