• Wages are based on years of experience We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Henderson, KY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient health and record vital signs and other relevant information. Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Kentucky. Completion of an accredited practical nursing program. Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
