Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour Job description: We’re seeking skilled and caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Connecticut Home Health team. This traveling nurse role offers the autonomy of field work, the support of experienced clinical staff, and the opportunity to build meaningful one-on-one patient relationships.

Home health experience is a plus!

Responsibilities
