What you’ll do Technical Responsibilities Operate and support Telco Cloud platforms (Open. Stack, Open. Shift, Kubernetes, cloud‑native workloads) Manage IP, Core, Transport, and Data Center networks in carrier‑grade environments Oversee VNF/CNF lifecycle management in NFV architectures Monitor system performance, capacity, availability, and faults Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities Execute root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions Support High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) implementations Drive infrastructure automation and tooling enhancements Ensure security, patching, and compliance activities Non‑Technical & Managerial Responsibilities Define, track, and report operational objectives and performance metrics Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members Manage relationships with vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders Contribute to budget planning, license control, and OPEX optimization Prepare operational reports and executive‑level summaries Participate in audits, regulatory activities, and governance processes Key Activities Incident and problem management including RCA Planned and unplanned change coordination Capacity planning and growth forecasting Automation and self‑healing initiatives Technology evaluation, Po.

Cs, and solution assessments Creation and maintenance of operational documentation Decision Areas Operational prioritization and resource allocation Incident escalation and crisis management decisions Recommendation of technology platforms and tools Technical validation of vendor solutions and architectures Who you are Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related fields Master’s degree (MSc / MBA) is an advantage Experience 7–10+ years of experience in Telco or large‑scale IT environments Minimum 5 years in Network Operations and/or Cloud Operations Proven experience with carrier‑grade, mission‑critical systems Hands‑on experience in 24x7 operational environments Technical Know‑How & Tools Networking IP/MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, Segment Routing (SRv6) Telco Cloud & Virtualization OCP, Open.

Shift, Kubernetes, Docker NFV, CNF, VNF, ETSI MANO frameworks Monitoring & Observability Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Zabbix Automation & Scripting Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash Cloud Platforms Azure, AWS, or GCP (Telco workloads preferred) IT Service Management ITIL frameworks, Service.
