Showroom Sales Consultant – Hot Tubs & Swim Spas- Part Time 📍 North Hampton, NH (Lafayette Road — next to LL Bean & Home Depot) This role pays $20/hr base plus 2–5% commission on sales. This is not cold calling, not door knocking, not chasing people down. Walk-in traffic comes to us because they want a hot tub. Your job is to help them find the right one and get them across the finish line today — not someday. 🔹 What You'll Do Sales:

• Meet walk-in customers and guide them to a decision
• Run a structured sales process we train you on — but you need the drive to execute it
• Sell Jacuzzi hot tubs ($9,500–$25,000) and swim spas
• Follow up with leads by text, phone, and email until the sale is closed
• Track leads and activity in our CRM system Showroom Operations:
• Ring up pool and spa chemical sales
• Assist with water testing and product recommendations
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and ready for tours at all times
• Hit weekly sales metrics — we don't wait for busy season 🔹 What You'll Earn
• $20/hour base pay (Part Time 16-24 hrs/week)
• 2–5% commission — graduated by product tier → $13,000 hot tub = $390–$650 commission → $25,000 swim spa = $750–$1,250 commission
• Realistic OTE: $525,000–$45,000 based on hitting a 35% walk-in close rate
