Executive Administrator I

Job Title: Executive Administrator I Compensation: $23.70 to $37.37/hr Location: Carlsbad, NM — must be local Schedule: Full-time, on-site Scope: MAIN FUNCTIONS Provides administrative support to executive or senior-level individuals.

Responsibilities include

managing and screening calls, scheduling meetings and coordinating schedules, making travel and meeting arrangements, creating correspondence, and preparing reports and financial data. Handles additional administrative tasks as necessary. Interfaces with resources across departments and represents the executive officer in a highly professional manner.

Strong communication and multitasking skills are mandatory. Minimal work direction needed; highly skilled and knowledgeable in the position. This position is considered a Level 4 Administrative Assistant. ASSIGNMENT-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Provide executive administrative support within Safety and Health. Interface with HSE advisors and leads.

Work indirectly with Operations. Schedule meetings and coordinate schedules. Take initiative, follow through, and make things happen. Stay organized and communicate effectively. Work full-time on location. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS HSE background. Prior work experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with MS Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—and email systems. Typing and dictation skills. Strong administrative coordination abilities. Customer service experience. Strong organization and multitasking skills. Ability to work with minimal direction. Must be local to Carlsbad, NM.
