Susser Bank, a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial Texas regional bank, is seeking a seasoned Senior Underwriter with deep expertise in both Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending. This is a 100% in-office, high-impact role on a collaborative credit team that independently underwrites complex middle-market credits across Texas.
The successful candidate will carry their own deal load while actively mentoring and developing junior analysts and associate-level team members.
