Job description
The Forman is a management position that reports directly to the Plant Manager and considered acting Plant Manager in in the event the Plant Manager is indisposed. Plant Foreman are expected to monitor the day to day activities ensuring the safe and cost effective operation of the PVS manufacturing facility. This includes all components of Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Maintenance, HR and plant operation.
