Job description
As an India-based Senior Advisor of Program Management, you will lead Archer’s most strategic, complex, and global programs. You will own end-to-end execution by setting strategy, governance, and operating rhythms across diverse teams and geographies. Working closely with Engineering and Product leadership, you will manage dependencies, navigate technical trade-offs, and ensure predictable, large-scale delivery.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to build structures that help high-performing teams move fast with confidence.
