HR Generalist I

The HR Generalist performs professional-level human resources work primarily focused on employee benefits administration, recruitment support, and HR operations. This position supports employees and supervisors by providing responsive customer service, administering programs and processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting the Agency’s policies, programs, and organizational objectives.

The HR Generalist collaborates across departments and must demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a willingness to learn processes and systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to assigned HR projects and initiatives.
