Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst

The Revenue Cycle Operations Support Analyst performs various technical and administrative duties within the department. These include data file preparation, processing and submission within various systems used by the Agency. This position is responsible for Accounts Receivable reporting and staff performance reporting through assigned methodologies.

The Support Analyst requires strong coordination and collaboration with the Business Systems Analyst to help drive change and improvement within the department. Independent judgement and discretion in performance of duties related to appropriate time management, quality assurance, problem research and resolution are necessities.

This position will be the primary contact for department employee reporting needs.
