Detention Deputy/Master Detention Deputy - Emergency Response Team

The Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center is seeking experienced Certified Class 2 Detention Deputes to join our Emergency Response Team.  What's in it for you? This isn't just a job; it's a launchpad for your career. We offer: Emergency Response Team operators are assigned to a rotational schedule with options for permanent shift assignment.

The team is on duty twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. Rotating 12.25-Hour Shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off. 2 days off. 5:45 am-6:00 pm and Night shift 5:45 pm to 6:00 am. Rotate day/night shift every 90 days. *Mandatory overtime is currently in place requiring one (1) additional shift per pay period.
