Senior Business Loan Officer (Menomonie, Eau Claire/Altoona, or Chippewa Falls, hybrid must reside in WI or MN)

The Senior Business Loan Officer role is responsible for originating, structuring and closing complex commercial loans. Develops new business by building long-term, high value relationships with business members, referral sources as well as community and industry partners. Also responsible for managing a large and complex loan portfolio; gathering and analyzing financial information; approving and denying credit applications; and resolve areas of concern for more difficult and complex loans while providing exceptional member experience.
