Position Summary

The Non-Shareholder Physician at Florida Orthopaedic Associates is focused on General Orthopaedics / Total Joint Replacement and responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered musculoskeletal care in alignment with FOA's mission to remain the region’s leader in orthopaedic excellence. This role is designed for physicians who are either early in their careers or those who prefer to focus on clinical care without participating in partnership track responsibilities. Physicians in this role collaborate closely with peers, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver evidence-based care while supporting the Institute’s operational and quality standards.
