BSA Reporting Assistant Manager

The BSA Reporting Assistant Manager plays a key role in administering the Credit Union's BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program by overseeing daily operations and supervising BSA Reporting Specialists. This position provides leadership, training, and guidance to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of investigations, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity identification and escalation, regulatory reporting, and quality assurance activities.

The Assistant Manager supports internal audits and regulatory examinations, serves as a backup to the BSA Manager, and contributes to the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls, compliance records, and risk mitigation strategies
