Injection Molding Supervisor/Process Technician

T he Injection Molding Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordination the work of employees who set-up and operate injection molding machines by leading and promoting a safety-first work atmosphere while ensuring all company rules and policies are followed. The injection molding supervisor will be a working supervisor performing set-up, processing, and production support while mentoring and coaching employees to ensure the goals and objectives of the company are met.

Responsibilities

Promoting and support a safety-first work atmosphere. Ensures all company rules and policies are followed. Ensures components are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Directs, coordinates, and supports all production activities on 3rdshift. Performs Set-Ups, Changeovers and Processing to Production Processes and Troubleshoots plastic injection molding equipment Records and maintains accurate production records using MRP system Supports Inventory and Cycle Counting using MRP system Keeps department clean and organized following 5S methodology.
