Set Up 3rd Shift M-F 10:40pm-7:00am

Safely remove, install, and secure molds in injection molding machines using 10-ton, 20-ton, and 30-ton overhead cranes. Connect and troubleshoot water, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Set up and operate auxiliary equipment, including chillers, thermolators, and heat controllers. Utilize knowledge of mold cores, valve gate systems, and hot runner controls.

Adjust robotic systems to support efficient production operations. Follow company safety procedures and maintain compliance with all manufacturing standards.
