Job description
The Community Youth Development (CYD) Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring Community Youth Development program activities designed to support positive youth outcomes and strengthen community engagement.
Detail and multi-task oriented. Strong organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Able to resolve conflicts, creative and resourceful with time management skills.
Time spent in strenuous physical activity, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Have a commitment to reflective supervision, data collection and continuous quality improvement.
Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Education, Sociology, Public Administration, Community Development, or a related field required.
