Family and Community Spec

The Family & Community Specialist supports the successful operation of the Texas Home Visiting (THV) and the HOPES program by leading outreach, recruitment, community engagement, and enrollment activities. This role builds strong partnerships with local organizations, schools, coalitions, service providers, and community stakeholders.

This role provides leadership for the Family and Community Coalition of East Texas and to connect children, youth, parents, and caregivers with supportive resources. The Specialist also assists with participant and partner enrollments, maintains program documentation, and promotes THV and HOPES activities throughout the service area.
