Service Desk Technician I

Provides first-line technical support to employees and contractors supporting ODEC's core business of purchasing, generating, and delivering electricity to our members. Serves as the primary point of contact for IT support and technical issues impacting office employees, generation site personnel, and mobile workers. Work is performed in a regulated utility environment where availability, security, and careful handling of operational technology (OT) matter as much as customer service.
