Accountant-Gen Payroll

Located in ODEC’s Glen Allen, Virginia office, the Payroll Accountant will be the lead accountant for ODEC’s bi-weekly payroll. Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, reconciling payroll accounts, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Serves as a key liaison between Human Resources, Accounting, and employees regarding payroll related matters.

Manages the preparation and reconciliation of financial information for Regional Headquarters, Inc (RHI) and TEC Trading. Leads the annual year-end review of RHI. Assists with the Sarbanes Oxley annual process narrative updates.
