HR Generalist

As the company continues to grow across the Northeast, Yankee Home Improvement is hiring an HR Generalist to support employees, managers, and leadership teams across multiple locations. Responsibilities

Serve as a primary HR contact for employees across multiple states Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes Coordinate benefits, leave of absence, and workers’ compensation support Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding documentation including I-9s Ensure accurate employee setup and records within ADP Partner with hiring managers and recruiting agencies on hiring efforts Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication Help improve and standardize HR workflows and procedures Prepare HR updates and reports for leadership teams Support training initiatives and manager development Compensation $80,000–$95,000 base salary Competitive benefits package High-visibility role with direct leadership exposure Opportunity to improve and scale HR operations Collaborative, team-oriented environment Long-term career growth opportunity Fast-paced culture where your work makes an impact Qualifications 10+ years of HR, HR Operations, or related experience Experience working in a multi-state environment Strong understanding of onboarding, benefits coordination, leave administration, and HR operations Experience working within a PEO environment preferred, ideally ADP Total.
