Overview
of Role Reporting to the Logistics Team Lead, you will manage the logistics activities in Greater China.
Responsibilities include
conducting advanced data analysis on operating costs and service lead time, leading Kaizen improvement initiatives, and driving process optimization. You will work closely with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, Purchasing and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure the effective execution of logistics activities. Core Responsibilities
- Reflect and role model BOA’s vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the logistics team and rest of the organization
- Manage logistics service providers to execute Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and provide insights into continuous improvement. Implement quality control measures and prepare related reports for review.
- Conduct cost analysis of freight & duty, and operating expenses to provide improvement insights.
- Lead Kaizen improvement with internal teams and 3PLs to drive operational excellence and analyze 3PLs’ performance to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve logistics issues.
- Conduct market research and collect information for leadership review and discussion.
- Warranty & assembly planning for internal transfer and end-consumer order fulfillment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in logistics operations and data analysis.
- Fluent in both written & spoken English.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, contract management, and performance oversight.
- Experience in managing regional logistics planning activities and driving continuous improvement initiatives Desired Qualifications
- Experience with 3PL management and performance optimization
