Proficiency in medical documentation, electronic health records (EHR), and clinical decision support tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and colleagues.

Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to healthcare regulations. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make sound clinical decisions. Willingness to participate in on-call duties and shift rotations as required.
