Robotics Welding Technician

The Technical Professional (Robotic Manufacturing Technician) supports advanced manufacturing operations through the setup, programming, operation, and maintenance of robotic systems used in welding, grinding, painting, laser, and finishing processes. This role provides hands‑on technical expertise to ensure reliable robotic performance, quality output, and efficient production.

By developing robotic programs, work instructions, and training materials, troubleshooting complex systems, and collaborating closely with Manufacturing Engineering, the technician helps drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and safe, high‑quality manufacturing execution.
