Customer Solutions Specialist

The Customer Solution Specialist serves as the primary commercial and operational contact for assigned customers, managing the complete order fulfillment cycle from quotation through delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, coordinating cross-functional activities, proactively resolving customer issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements while supporting business objectives and operational excellence.
