Job description
The Role Assist and interface with the various stakeholders on medical assistance cases at consistently high professional standard. To provide medical monitoring of ongoing cases and assist in the preparation of evacuations and to participate in evacuations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the clinical management of complex medical assistance, evacuation, and repatriation cases. Provide expert medical guidance and evidence-based recommendations to support patient care and operational decision-making. Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare providers, insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
Oversee VIP, executive, and other high-touch medical assistance cases, delivering exceptional service and care. Support and participate in medical evacuations and escort operations when required. Drive quality assurance through case reviews, audits, and compliance with medical transport standards. Manage medical equipment readiness, inventory, and operational preparedness.
Support client engagement, business development activities, and healthcare provider network relationships.
Requirements
Nursing Graduate with strong clinical experience in ER, ICU and Flight Nursing Previous experience with International SOS as a coordinating nurse would be highly advantageous. ACLS & PALS Basic Computer literacy Good communication & organizational skills Ability to provide direction as a team member. Responsible & self-disciplined Able to do on-call duties.
