Senior Director, Strategy & Transformation

The Senior Director, Strategy & Transformation is a senior leader responsible for shaping and executing the growth agenda of Culligan's flagship $300M North America Dealer business unit, and for leading the business unit's artificial intelligence strategy. The role partners with the Business Unit Leadership Team to define where the business plays and how it wins, converts that view into a funded and sequenced pipeline of value creation and operational efficiency projects, and drives those projects through to measurable financial impact.
