Pharmacy Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Clinic Coordinator

MAIN FUNCTION: Provides administrative support to the Director of Pharmacy, provides administrative support for departmental supervisory staff, maintains and manages various departmental databases, produces spreadsheet reporting from various electronic databases. Will assist in coordinating the MTM clinic workflow including calling patients for appointments, registering patients in Meditech and billing patients for MTM encounter.

EDUCATION

High school diploma required; A.S. Degree in related field required.  EXPERIENCE:  Minimum of five years previous office experience required; computer proficiency required, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software. EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled
