Posting Title: Medicine Industry: Hospital Salary: ₹275,000 to ₹325,000 LPM Work Experience: 2–3 Years --- ### Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
- Provide timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment plans for a broad spectrum of medical conditions, including cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, and infectious diseases.
- Manage emergency medical cases with prompt intervention, stabilizing patients and coordinating with critical care teams when required.
- Lead and supervise OPD services, ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Oversee CU (Critical Care Unit) management, including patient monitoring, protocol adherence, and collaboration with ICU staff.
- Maintain detailed and compliant medical records in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and morbidity & mortality reviews.
- Mentor junior medical staff, interns, and residents through regular case discussions and on-the-job training.
- Stay current with medical advancements, guidelines, and best practices through continuous professional development.
- Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate holistic patient care plans. --- ### Requirements
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Medicine (MD/DM) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven clinical experience in internal medicine within a hospital or OPD setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in emergency handling, including advanced life support (ALS), trauma management, and acute medical intervention.
- Strong experience in managing patients in OPD services with emphasis on efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of Critical Unit (CU) management, including ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and make rapid clinical decisions.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and hospital information management tools.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and a current practicing license.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
