Human Resources Director

Goodall Witcher Hospital is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. This position plans, coordinates, and manages HR activities including recruiting, employee onboarding and offboarding, personnel records, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.

The HR professional will work closely with department managers and employees, provide guidance on HR policies and employment matters, support compliance with applicable laws, and maintain confidentiality. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or HR certification and at least two years of HR and/or payroll experience.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and computer skills required. HR certification preferred.
